First project of a larger master plan for the Township

Completed in 2006, this 16,000-sf administration building is the first project in the implementation of the master plan for the township's government campus. The new building includes the Township Hall and Emergency Operations Center located on the upper level, offices for township administration and the Planning and Zoning Department accessible from the lobby area, and a first floor community room overlooking a patio and veterans memorial. The Emergency Operations Center includes emergency power, police communications, phone, and data links necessary to manage and coordinate emergency and disaster situations. Subsequent phases of the master plan included the Miami Township Public Works building and Fire Station No. 51, both completed in 2012, creating a cohesive, sustainable government campus.
