Project Type: Interior Architecture
Location: Cincinnati, OH

Together with Mackey Mitchell Architects, CR designed this student housing complex set in a historic neighborhood. Graced with Tudor revival estates, this project draws on their influence while creating a contemporary quadrant of community-oriented group and individual living environments across from the University of Cincinnati's main campus. Six duplexes, seven stand-alone group homes, one apartment building and a central community building, organized on 10.5 terraced, sloping acres, accommodate 696 students in single, double and triple bedroom units. Residents benefit from a convenience store, snack shop, sports bar, dining facilities, fitness center, recreation room, TV and study lounges, and wired and wireless cable and Internet connections directly tied to the University of Cincinnati's mainframe.
