Upscale urban village with a variety of amenities

CR designed the Vintage Club Mixed-Use Development master plan, an upscale single family development and mixed-use urban village located in a suburb north of Cincinnati, OH. This project involved the master plan and conceptual design of of two to four story buildings with Class A office space, retail, restaurant and a variety of urban living spaces. With approximately 15 buildings, this development is designed at a traditional urban village scale and includes below-grade structured parking and landscaped courts and plazas.

The 6,000- sf clubhouse was constructed in 2008 and is the central building of the entire development. Acting as a link between the mixed-use and the single family home portion of the development, the clubhouse serves as a community room for residents. Amenities include social function rooms, a pub room, fitness center, gallery space, catering facilities, a covered veranda, outdoor pool and patio.

The "Stonehaven" Design Home was completed in 2008. This 6,000- sf single family home is LEED for Homes Gold certified and was built in partnership with Cincinnati Magazine as a show home to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Cincinnati.
