Project Type: Architecture
Location: Piqua, OH
This project involved a new municipal complex tied into the historic City Hall building and the renovation of the 1930s fire station to create a public plaza and strong city presence. It also entailed renovations to all administration areas on the first floor, the addition of a training room, a new building entrance and lobby, and electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems updates to meet current codes and standards. The second floor addition to the fire station created adequate space for firefighter sleeping and living quarters.
