This project was completed in 2006 and features residential, office and retail space. Situated around a village square, this development is reminiscent of the historic character of the surrounding neighborhood and the area around the University of Cincinnati. The site was a consolidation of vacant blighted lots with a ravine, located along a major artery providing access to the University of Cincinnati, University Hospital and several other large hospitals nearby.
The residential portion of this project includes one, two and three-bedroom units of varying size and type and a parking garage. The building and apartment units were designed as a walkable living option for the graduate students and medical staff as the target market. The ground level units have walkup entrances and direct garage access, and the top floor units have bonus loft space. The community creates a new neighborhood of residential, retail and office buildings near campus. It accommodates professional urban lifestyles and includes Class A office space tailored to the medical community, a community center, movie theater, fitness center and dining.
