CINCINNATI, OH – February 2021 – CR architecture + design is pleased to announce the opening of its Detroit office to accommodate CR’s growth and investment in their clients. This location will leverage CR’s ability to continue to serve their current clients by being readily available to meet local needs.

In addition to CR’s headquarters in Cincinnati, OH, and supporting offices in Austin, Dallas, Denver, and Seattle, Detroit adds to the geographical footprint and supports the company’s growth strategy. “The decision to expand our presence into Detroit was a logical next step in our business plan, growing internal talent and diversifying our client portfolio,” said David Arends, CEO. “We have the opportunity to further expand staffing and capabilities in our professional services, as well as our ability to service current and future clients.”

Client Leader, Bill Carpenter will lead the office while reporting to CR Eastern Region Market Leader, Josh Harper. As Client Leader of a new office location, Bill will be responsible for leading and engaging with clients, as well as, internal and external teams in delivering services to creatively solve problems. Serving as the primary client liaison and subject matter expert, he will lead, manage, and hold project team members accountable, and train and mentor junior staff to reinforce CR’s culture.
