Discovery
Due to its close proximity to the Brand’s headquarters, Bethesda Marriott is a significant property. Working closely with the Marriott design team, we were challenged to find creative solutions to bring the property’s public spaces on brand by utilizing existing conditions and designing new while maintaining a strict budget and remaining within the owner’s expedited timeline.
Creation
Our design team was integrated during the Design Development phase and became responsible for space planning, artwork design and implementation, a custom back bar design and fabric selections. Successfully working within the client parameters, this hotel's public spaces complement their private dining and event spaces for a wholistic, memorable experience for all guests.
